强调结构（emphatic structure）是一种句子结构。在句子中，为了突出某些成分以加强语气，增强情感色彩或加强对比，就需要用强调结构。
do/does/did+原形动词表强调
这种结构用来强调谓语动词，往往只用于一般现在时或一般过去时的肯定句或肯定结构的祈使句。这种结构不适用于"be"动词。
例如：
She does know the place well.
The children do hope to go to college.
She did come yesterday.
Do come and visit us!
Do shut up!
Do be careful!
It is/was ... that(who)结构表强调(分裂句)
这种结构通常用来强调主语。例如：
It was I who killed the beast.
What sb/sth ... is/was ...结构表强调(分裂句)
这种结构往往用来强调动作。例如：
What he wants to do is (to) leave her.
