帝王属（学名：Megapomponia），蝉科所属，分布于东南亚，三大大型蝉之一[1][2]。
2005年法国昆虫学家米歇尔·布拉（Michel Boulard）采集到帝王蝉（Megapomponia imperatoria）予以划分建立本属[1]。米歇尔·布拉原本将7个物种划分为本属，但Lee与Sanborn改将某两个物种划分到骚蝉属（Pomponia）成为Pomponia decem、Pomponia rajah[2]。
