小兰斯·葛雷伊·麦考勒斯（英语：Lance Graye McCullers Jr.，1993年10月2日—），为美国职棒大联盟的投手，目前效力于休士顿太空人。他在2012年美国职棒大联盟选秀首轮被太空人选走，他在2015年登上大联盟，2017年入选明星赛。
