伊迪岛(英语:Eday),又译埃代岛伊代岛,为奥克尼群岛之一,坐落于苏格兰本岛北方,距离奥克尼主岛24公里(15英哩)处。面积27平方公里(10平方英哩),是群岛中的第九大岛。岛屿主要由老红砂岩组成,其沿着海岸峭壁分布。

伊迪岛上有许多维护良好的新石器时代陵墓,也有青铜时代的人居遗址和斯堪的纳维亚时代的城堡遗迹。
