黑口新蝦虎魚（學名：Neogobius melanostomus）是一種廣鹽性的底棲性蝦虎魚，屬於鱸形目蝦虎魚亞目[2]蝦虎魚科新蝦虎魚屬，是一種知名的入侵物種。
原生於歐亞大陸中部的黑海和裏海，本物種早已透過航運的便利入侵鄰近的波羅的海、歐亞大陸的多條河流，甚至遠至北美洲的五大湖區[3][4]，或更遠的地方[5]。

特徵
黑口新蝦虎魚是小而軟的魚，其特徵在於第一背鰭上的特徵性黑斑。牠們的眼大，而且微微突出於頭頂。跟其他蝦虎魚類一樣，牠們的腹鰭也癒合成一吸盤狀。黑口新蝦虎魚的身長從10公分到25公分不等；體重從5公克到80公克不等，隨年紀增長。雄魚的體形比雌魚大。幼魚（少於一年）灰色，當步向成熟時，黑口新蝦虎魚會開始出現斑駁的灰色、黑色、棕色和橄欖綠色的斑點。
