跨社區勞工替代（英語：Cross-Community Labour Alternative，縮寫為CCLA）是英國北愛爾蘭的一個小型生態社會主義政黨，成立於2016年北愛爾蘭議會選舉前夕。該黨由社會黨發起創建。該黨的領袖是歐文·麥克拉肯。該黨的總部位於貝爾法斯特阿瓦大道25號[1][2]。
