砷化釔是一種無機化合物，化學式為YAs，它可由釔和砷在高溫反應製得。[2]有文獻對它和二砷化鋅的共熔體做了研究。[3]
它和FeAs、Fe、Fe2O3及YF3（摻雜用）在高溫反應，可以得到超導材料YFeAsO0.9F0.1（Tc=10.2 K）。[4]
