甲矽烷基膦是一種無機化合物，化學式為H3SiPH2，它在−135 °C時為液體，在液氮中為固體。[1]它可由四膦基鋁酸鋰（LiAl(PH2)4）和溴甲矽烷反應製得。[2]它和甲矽烷無聲放電，可以得到(SiH3)2PH。[3]它和液氨反應，生成(SiH3)2NH、(SiH3)3N和PH3。[4]
