猶他大學（英語：University of Utah），位於美國猶他州的鹽湖城市，是一所頂尖的公立研究性大學，由耶穌基督後期聖徒教會領袖楊百翰於1850年建立。作為該州的旗艦大學，它提供100多個本科專業和92多個研究生學位課程。截至2018年秋季，共有24,735 名本科生和8,251 名研究生，入學人數總計32,994。
根據卡內基教育基金會2005年公佈的大學分類，猶他大學被歸類為特高研究型大學。在美國4,383所高等學府中，只有96所獲得此項分類。在總研究支出中，猶他大學在美國大學中排名第61位，2019年花費超過5.4億美元。在猶他大學的校友中，有22位羅德學者，4位諾貝爾獎獲得者，3位圖靈獎獲得者，8名麥克阿瑟研究員，各種普立茲獎獲得者，兩名太空人。此外，猶他大學還是美洲大學協會的65位頂尖的研究型大學成員之一。
