樹蜥屬(學名:Calotes)是鬣蜥科的一屬,包括24個物種。有些物種被稱為森林蜥蜴,另一些因為紅色的頭為「吸血鬼」,還有一些稱為花園蜥蜴。它們是原產於南亞、中國南部、東南亞大陸和安汶島變色樹蜥已被引入到美國佛羅里達州,婆羅洲,蘇拉威西島,塞舌爾,毛里裘斯和阿曼。[2]該屬物種多樣

樹蜥屬與其它近緣屬的區分是具有均勻尺寸背鱗,缺乏臉頰和肩膀之間的皮膚褶皺,四肢比Pseudocalotes屬更強壯的。相較於Bronchocela,樹蜥屬的尾巴和四肢相對較短。在穆迪(1980)確立樹蜥屬之前,所有前面的物種都屬於同一屬。
