捷爾佩尼耶半島（俄語：Полуостров Терпения，羅馬化：Poluostrov Terpeniya），日稱北知床半島（日語：北知床半島／きたしれとこはんとう Kitashiretoko-hantō），是薩哈林島東部的半島，長100多公里，寬度從1公里至30公里不等，最高處海拔300米。它是捷爾佩尼耶灣的東部邊界，隔開了鄂霍次克海。該半島可被視作東薩哈林山脈在海中的延伸.[1]。半島人跡罕至。其盡頭是捷爾佩尼耶角，其上有燈塔[2]。
