拉贊·扎伊圖娜（英語：Razan Zaitouneh，阿拉伯語：رزان زيتونة，1977年4月29日—），敘利亞女性人權律師。在2011年敘利亞反政府示威中擔任地方協調委員會（LCC）的負責人，她因受到敘利亞政府的指控而尋求躲避[1]，而她丈夫則遭到逮捕[2]。2011年10月27日，她獲得了2011年薩哈羅夫獎[3]。之前她曾被「聯絡戰爭中的女性」（Reach All Women in War）組織授予安娜·波利特科夫斯卡婭獎[4]。扎伊圖娜於2013年12月9日被綁架（最有可能是被伊斯蘭軍綁架）。截至2018年8月，她的命運仍然未知。她已被懷疑遭殺害了。
