巴恩斯·內維爾·沃利斯爵士 CBE FRS RDI（英語：Royal Designers for Industry） FRAeS（英語：Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society）[3]（英語：Sir Barnes Neville Wallis，1887年9月26日—1979年10月30日），英國科學家、工程師和發明家，第二次世界大戰期間因發明了英國皇家空軍在懲戒行動中攻擊魯爾河谷大壩的彈跳炸彈而聞名。1955年電影《轟炸魯爾水壩記》中由演員米高·雷德格雷夫飾演。
