戰爭罪

在提格雷戰爭中，許多來源指出埃塞俄比亞政府軍和提格雷叛軍都犯下了不同程度的戰爭罪。

人造饑荒

自戰爭開始，埃塞俄比亞政府就切斷了提格雷地區的對外交流。[1] 同時，戰爭和蝗災導致地區收成受損。因為收成短缺以及無法進口食品，提格雷地區目前正在經歷大規模的饑荒。截至2021年5月，提格雷有550萬人面臨嚴重的糧食短缺，超過35,0000人經歷災難性饑荒。[2][3]這是自2011年索馬里饑荒以來全世界最嚴重的一場饑荒。[3]

根據《經濟學人》的報道，埃塞俄比亞政府正在故意阻止食物進入提格雷，試圖通過饑荒讓叛軍投降。[4]埃塞俄比亞政府在2021年1月底否認了這一說法。[4]同年2月10日，埃塞俄比亞紅十字會的負責人表示許多到達達格雷安鎮的營地的難民「瘦弱」到「真的皮包骨頭」的樣子。他估計人道主義援助無法到達提格雷「百分之八十」的人口。[5]2021年2月埃塞俄比亞和平部長允許增加在格雷地區的糧食分配。[5]

戰時強姦

提格雷戰爭中的交戰雙方都有大規模強姦、輪姦和虐待平民婦女的行為。[6]許多士兵和民兵對當地婦女（包括孕婦和小至7歲的女孩）進行強姦、輪姦、性奴役、性殘割和其他形式的性虐待。[7]這些性虐待還常常伴隨着其他生理性和心理性的施虐。生理施虐包括用滾燙的鐵片或者香煙頭灼傷受害者，往受害者陰道里塞入鐵棍、鐵釘等異物，用銳器戳傷受害者等。[8]心理施虐包括在受害者家屬甚至孩子面前強姦他們、強迫受害者和家庭成員亂倫、言語羞辱或侮辱受害者等。[8][9]在被強姦之後，很多受害者會感染愛滋病等性傳染病。然而因為戰時醫療資源的匱乏和受害者的羞辱心，很多受害者都無法及時得到治療。[8]

截至2021年8月，在醫院登記的強姦受害者數量有512-516名，[10][11]但實際數字應該遠高於此。英國議員海倫·海斯估計提格雷戰爭中的強姦案更接近10,000起。[12]而聯合國人口基金估計埃塞俄比亞目前有26,000名婦女需要性暴力後醫療和心理服務。[13]許多來源都認為提格雷地區的大規模強姦是有計劃的戰略行為，旨在破壞敵方的士氣、對敵方民族進行種族滅絕式強姦以及在敵方領土散佈愛滋病以進行生化戰。[6][11]

反人類罪

埃塞俄比亞人權委員會在2020年11月聲稱埃塞俄比亞在邁卡德拉的屠殺「可能」構成反人類罪。2020年11月28日，埃塞俄比亞政府軍在阿克蘇姆市屠殺了800平民。[14]國際特赦組織在報告中宣佈阿克蘇姆地區的屠殺可能「構成戰爭罪」。

種族滅絕

許多來源指責埃塞俄比亞和厄立特里亞政府對提格雷人進行種族清洗和滅絕。[15][16][17]種族滅絕觀察宣佈埃塞俄比亞的種族滅絕已經進行到了第9步-根除，以及第10步-否認。[18]據歐盟駐埃塞俄比亞特使佩卡·哈維斯托稱，埃塞俄比亞政府高級官員正在呼籲「消滅」所有提格雷人。[19][20]埃塞俄比亞政府否認了這些指控。[21]

侵犯人權
