黃色桿菌屬（學名：Xanthobacter）為生絲微菌目黃色桿菌科的一屬好氧或兼性厭氧發酵型革蘭氏陰性桿菌。杆狀細胞。在含腐爛有機物的濕土和水中都可出現。此屬的模式種為自養黃色桿菌(Xanthobacter autotrophicus)。
