艾爾·亞歷山大·巴比·威查特·克勞（GCB GCMG，英語：Eyre Alexander Barby Wichart Crowe，1864年7月30日—1925年4月28日），英國20世紀最重要的外交官之一[2][3]。他是外交部處理與德國關係的專家，他曾於1907年對內閣發出強烈警告[4]，即德國在海外的殖民擴張對英國來說是出於敵意的，英國應該與法國維持更緊密的同盟關係[5]。
克勞在1919年的巴黎和會期間協助法國總理喬治·克列孟梭進行《凡爾賽條約》的草擬工作，儘管勞合·喬治首相與克勞的外交部政敵們長期阻礙克勞在仕途上的晉升，但由於得到了時任外交大臣寇松勳爵的賞識，克勞最終得以在1920年至1925年間出任常任外交事務副大臣。
