洛根圓環（Logan Circle）是美國華盛頓哥倫比亞特區西北區的一個交通環島、社區和歷史街區，[1][2] 主要是住宅區，包含兩個歷史街區，列入國家史跡名錄和歷史地標。[2][3][4] 佛蒙特大道，羅德島大道，13街和P街在此交匯。 約翰·洛根少將的騎馬雕像在其中心。這是市中心唯一的完全是住宅的圓環。
