水合溴醛是一種有機溴化合物，化學式為C

2，它是水合氯醛的類似物。它由三溴乙醛和水反應得到，在蒸餾時又會分解為三溴乙醛和水。[1]它具有催眠和鎮痛功效，但在較低劑量下具有興奮劑作用，[2]其生理活性比水合氯醛更強，[3]例如對心肌的直接作用。[2]其陣痛作用歸因於代謝產物三溴甲烷。[4]
