尼普西·拉塞爾（英語：Julius "Nipsey" Russell，1918年9月15日—2005年10月2日^[1]^[2]），是一位美國喜劇演員、詩人和舞蹈家，他以20世紀60年代到90年代在數個電視遊戲節目上擔任嘉賓而聞名。拉塞爾還常在廣播中朗誦短小而幽默的詩歌，因而得到了「電視界的桂冠詩人」這一綽號。他也是電影《新綠野仙蹤》中錫人（Tin Man）的扮演者。
