多格拉語（डोगरी / ڈوگری ），巴基斯坦常稱為帕哈里語（पहाड़ी / پہاڑی），是印度-雅利安語支的語言，大約有500萬人作為母語[3]。多格拉語分佈於印度和巴基斯坦，主要地區包括查謨-克什米爾和喜馬偕爾邦的查謨地區，在北方的旁遮普地區和克什米爾的其他地區也有分佈[4]。多格拉語的母語使用者被稱為多格拉人，多格拉語的分佈地區被稱為杜加爾（Duggar）[5]。多格拉語曾被視為旁遮普語的一個方言[6]。和其他印歐語系語言不同，多格拉語是聲調語言[7]。
多格拉語有數種變體，它們之間的詞彙相似度大於80%[8]。在升格為獨立語言之前，多格拉語在印度人口普查中被劃為旁遮普語的方言[9]。
