吉爾伯特·福里奧（英語：Gilbert Foliot；1110年—1187年2月18日）是英國僧侶與主教， 出生於一個教會家庭，約20歲時在法國成為克魯尼修道院的修士。1139年被任命為 格洛斯特修道院的修道院長。
有可能曾經在博洛尼亞學習過法律，也有可能在牛津或者Exter與Robert Pullen學習過神學。
影響
1187年2月18日去世，中世紀編年史家Walter Map讚揚他是「掌握了拉丁文、法語、英語三種語言的傑出之士[1]。
