《每天愛妳第一次》（英語：50 First Dates),是一部 2004 年出產的美國愛情喜劇電影，由彼得·西格爾執導。它講述了亨利·羅斯 （阿當·桑迪拿飾演） 的故事，他是一位海洋獸醫，愛上了一位名叫露西·惠特莫爾 （德魯·巴里摩爾飾演） 的美術老師。當他發現她患有健忘症，並在她入睡時忘記了他時，他決心在新的一天再次贏得她。桑德勒和巴里摩爾獲得了MTV電影獎最佳銀幕團隊獎。

這部電影標誌着，繼《愛情嚟料》和《混合》（均由弗蘭克·科拉奇執導）之後，桑德勒和巴里摩爾的第二次合作，同時還紀念桑德勒的父親斯坦利，他於2003年9月9日因肺癌去世，享年68歲。這部電影的大部分內容都是在夏威夷瓦胡島的迎風面和北岸拍攝的。

這部電影的評價褒貶不一，但在商業上取得了成功。後來在伊朗被翻拍為Chap dast（2005年），在印度被翻拍為Satyabhama（2007年，泰盧固語），Ormayundo Ee Mukham（2014年，馬拉雅拉姆語），在日本被翻拍為《第50次的初吻》（2018年），在墨西哥被翻拍為Como si fuera la primera vez（2019年）。
