伊麗莎維塔·萊維娜
伊麗莎維塔（麗莎）萊維娜（英語：Elizaveta (Liza) Levina）是俄裔美國的 數學統計學家[1]，密歇根大學統計系Vijay Nair講席教授[2] ，現任系主任。她在高維統計（協方差矩陣估計（covariance matrix estimation）、圖模型 （graphical models）），統計網絡分析，及 非參數統計 等多個統計學領域做出了傑出貢獻[3]。
學術生涯
萊維娜1994年在 聖彼得堡國立大學 取得數學學士學位，1997年在 猶他大學 取得數學碩士畢業，之後她前往 加利福尼亞大學伯克利分校 統計系深造，師從於當代最著名的統計學家之一彼得·畢克爾， 2002年取得統計學哲學博士學位[3]。 她的博士論文題為《紋理分析中的統計學問題》[4]。
同年，萊維娜成為密歇根大學統計系助理教授[2]，2009年晉升為副教授[3]，2014年晉升為正教授[5]。她從2012年起擔任系博士生項目指導教授，2014年至2020年擔任系副主任，2020年至今擔任系主任。她同時也擔任密歇根數據科學研究所（Michigan Institute for Data Science, MIDAS）和複雜系統研究中心（Center for the Study of Complex Systems）的兼職教授[6]。
榮譽
萊維娜2010年獲得 美國統計協會 頒發的諾瑟年輕學者獎（Gottfried E. Noether Award），以表彰她在非參數統計領域的突出貢獻[7]。該獎金每年授予一位青年統計學家。
她2011年當選為 國際統計學會（ISI） 會員[1]，2016年當選為 美國統計協會 (ASA) 會員[8]和國際數理統計學會 （IMS）會員[9]。
從2017年起，萊維娜成為密歇根大學統計系Vijay Nair講席教授[10]。
萊維娜應邀在2018年國際數學家大會上做45分鐘報告[11]。 2019年被選為國際數理統計學會 獎章講座（Medallion Lecture）演講人之一[12]。
萊維娜教授是2016年湯普森ISI「高被引用作者」之一[1]。
她2019年當選密歇根大學傑出教員成就獎(Distinguished Faculty Achievement Award)，該獎每年在全校範圍內僅授予5人[13]。
家庭
萊維娜的丈夫，愛德華·伊歐尼迪斯（Edward Ionides）也在密歇根大學統計系任正教授[14][15]。 他們有三個孩子[16]。
