3. 基金會行動前的六名用戶查核員，當前處於「通過了社群選舉，但因中文區權限被移除，導致其無法擔任用戶查核員」的狀態。
4. 基金會行動後、調查結果出來之前開始選舉的用戶查核員，WMF不會承認。

• User:金牌雄鷹於2018年4月1日以中國大陸維基人用戶組‎的名義發表了一篇評論《維基媒體基金會：誰的意志？》，對此次這次基金會行動表達質疑。User:CopperSulfate於2018年4月13日就這個問題發電子郵件給cawikimedia.org進行諮詢（信件信息見此：User:濫權管理員/WMF關於WMFOffice帳戶被指由WUGC成員操控一事的辯解）：

之後CopperSulfate沒收到回信，也沒太在意。之後2018年4月18日James Alexander以[email protected]回信，內容如下：

Hello,

Thank for reaching out with your question.

Please be assured that the WMFOffice account is operated only by members of the Wikimedia Foundation Support & Safety staff ( seen here on meta https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Support_and_Safety#Who_we_are ) and usually members of the Trust & Safety task force on the bottom of that list. Actions taken by the account are official actions of the Wikimedia Foundation. Neither AddisWang or any other members of the WUGC are staff members of the Wikimedia Foundation and they have no access to the account. They also did not take part in any discussion or decision on what the Wikimedia Foundation would be doing regarding the Chinese Wikipedia and found out about the actions at the same time as the rest of the community.
