阿巴芬淨（INN：Abafungin）是一種廣譜抗真菌劑，具有治療皮膚真菌病的新型作用機制。

歷史

阿巴芬淨最先由德國勒沃庫森的拜耳公司合成。對與法莫替丁相關的H₂拮抗劑的研究導致發現了其抗真菌特性。^[1]對該藥物的開發已於2009年停止。^[2]

與咪唑類和三唑類抗真菌藥不同，阿巴芬淨直接損害真菌細胞膜。^[1]此外，阿巴芬淨能夠抑制甾醇24-C-甲基轉移酶，從而改變真菌膜的組成。^[3]阿巴芬淨具有抗革蘭氏陽性菌的抗生素活性以及殺孢子活性。^[4]
