《血紅濺白紗》（英語：He Knows You're Alone）是一部於1980年上映的美國砍殺電影，導演是阿曼德·馬斯圖瑞安，編劇是斯科特·帕克（Scott Parker），主演有凱特琳·奧希尼、唐·斯卡蒂諾、伊麗莎白·坎普、湯姆·羅爾芬（Tom Rolfing）和湯姆·漢克斯。故事講述的是一位準新娘在婚禮前的周末被殺手跟蹤。
本劇1979年在史泰登島拍攝，被認為是一部受月光光心慌慌（1978）啟發而拍攝的恐怖電影，與之前的大片有很多相似之處。
