腸桿菌科學名Enterobacteriaceae)是γ-變形菌綱腸桿菌目的一科,為格蘭氏陰性菌中的一個類群,皆為桿菌。它們普遍存在於動物體腸道、水、土壤、寄生蟲等。其中,大腸桿菌是被研究最多的一種。[1]
