社會主義工人網絡（英語：Socialist Workers Network，縮寫為SWN）是愛爾蘭的一個托洛茨基主義組織[1]。該組織成立於1971年，當時取名為社會主義工人運動。1995年，該組織改名為社會主義工人黨。2018年，該組織改用現名。它是國際社會主義傾向和歐洲反資本主義左翼的成員。該組織成員組建了「人民先於利潤」黨。
