理查德·霍爾丹，第一代霍爾丹子爵，KT，OM，PC，FRS，FSA，FBA（英語：Richard Burdon Haldane, 1st Viscount Haldane，/ˈhɔːldeɪn/，1856年7月30日—1928年8月19日），英國政治家、律師和哲學家，也是一位有影響力的英國自由黨政治家。他在1905年至1912年期間擔任自由黨內閣的陸軍大臣，他於任內對英國陸軍進行了一系列革新整頓，史稱「霍爾丹改革（英語：Haldane Reforms）」[1][2]。他作為當時著名的法律學者，對德國思想文化頗為着迷，他也因此於1912年在「霍爾丹任務（英語：Haldane Mission）」中致力於謀求與德國緩和緊張的關係[3][4][5]；但隨着英德關係日趨惡化，英國開始更密切地同法國展開戰略合作[6]。

1911年，他被國王喬治五世冊封為霍爾丹子爵，並於1912年至1915年間擔任大法官[7]，當時他因被指控對德國過於同情而被迫辭去陸軍大臣之職[8]。一戰結束後，他在1923年加入了工黨，其後在1924年的第一屆工黨政府中再次擔任大法官。霍爾丹在政治生涯之餘還是一位頗具名望的哲學作家，為此他於1914年被選為英國國家學術院院士。
