楊和傑克遜酒店（Young and Jackson）是澳大利亞墨爾本的一個酒店，位於弗林德斯街和斯旺斯頓街的拐角處。1861年開業，已列入維多利亞遺產名錄。
歷史
1837年，在墨爾本舉行首次皇室土地出售時，這塊殖民地的創始人之一約翰·巴特曼（John Batman）買下了這片土地。巴特曼在這片土地上為他的孩子們建造了一座房子，1839年，這座房子變成了學校。1853年校舍被夷為平地，在原址建立了倉庫。1861年7月1日，王子橋酒店（Princes Bridge Hotel）在此開業，由約翰·P·圖希（John P.Toohey）和他的兄弟創辦，他們後來創立了圖希啤酒品牌。1875年更名為揚和傑克遜酒店，以愛爾蘭淘金者、亨利·菲格斯比·楊（Henry Figsby Young，1849年生於愛爾蘭都柏林，1925年9月29日去世）[5][6][7][8]和托馬斯·約書亞·傑克遜（Thomas Joshua Jackson，1834年-1901年5月9日）表兄弟的名字命名。[9][10][11][12][13][14][15]。產權由Koegh家族擁有123年，直到1979年由Marcel Gilbert收購。
