1813年高等民事法院法令

《1813年高等民事法院法令》[1][2]（英语：Court of Session Act 1813；53 Geo III c. 64）是英国国会的一项法令，旨在改革苏格兰高等民事法院（英语：Court of Session）。该法令继《1808年高等民事法院法令（英语：Court of Session Act 1808）》及《1810年高等民事法院法令》之后进一步对高等民事法院进行改革，设立了两个分院，即内院及外院。

该法令由《1988年高等民事法院法令（英语：Court of Session）》废除。[3]
