鹪鹩科（学名：Troglodytidae）是鸟纲雀形目中的一个科，又称蒙鸠。[1]

根据马丁内斯·戈麦斯（Martínez Gómez）和曼恩的研究显示，该科的分类非常复杂，未来可能出现物种层次的分裂。此外，本科有难以分类的物种的存在，如黑顶芦嘲鸫（Donacobius atricapilla），传统上本种跟本科放在一起是因为没有任何适合的科可分类该物种而置于本科，直到最近研究发现黑顶芦嘲鸫可能某些莺科（Sylviidae）相近，并可能可建构成新科，因而在2018年从该科出来，形成独立的科和属。[3][4][5][6]
