陈子维

陈子维（Andrew Chan，1984年1月12日—2015年4月29日），澳洲青年，贩毒集团“峇里九人组”成员之一，于印尼被控及处决。

陈于2005年在丹帕沙伍拉·赖国际机场被捕，根据其他同党的法庭证词，陈子维及苏古马兰（Myuran Sukumaran）为是次由印尼偷运海洛英往澳洲行动的主脑，陈于2006年2月14日遭丹帕沙地方法院判处枪决。

陈子维曾就判刑提出上诉，至2011年5月10日为印尼最高法院所驳回[1][2][3][4]，而他的特赦请求亦于2015年1月22日为印尼总统维多多所拒绝[5][6]，最后陈于2015年4月29日被处决[7][8][9]。

早年

陈子维出身于新南威尔士州悉尼，父亲Ken及母亲Helena为第一代广东移民，育有两子两女，陈子维为四名子女中排行最小[10]。由于陈母的英语能力有限，而陈子维亦不懂说广东话，因此两人沟通会由兄长Michael翻译[10]。

陈于悉尼西南部恩菲特成长[11]及入读宏布喜男子高校[10]，苏古马兰亦曾于该校就读，但他比陈子维早4年入读，两人本身互不相识，至2002年才于共同朋友家中结识[10]。

工作

陈子维其后受雇于怡乐食膳食公司，任职主管，据报导指陈于公司表现可靠及准时，以及工作尽责，表现良好。

陈于怡乐食工作期间，结识了后来的同党成员蕾妮、苏盖杰及诺曼[12][13]，据媒体报导指，陈于2004年10月初曾邀请蕾妮到他家人位于恩菲特的寓所，庆祝她的27岁生日，当时陈仍与父母同住[14]。后来蕾妮被告知要与陈一同前往峇里，但未透露旅程的任何详情，蕾妮称陈会负责旅程的机票食宿，并称如她遵照指示将可获得酬劳，如她不遵从或把安排性质公开，陈将会对她的家人不利[12]，据称蕾妮亦于当时结识苏古马兰。

贩毒

陈子维据说于2004年10月16日飞抵峇里，蕾妮亦于同日到埗[15]，蕾妮称她于入住总统府拉玛大酒店期间，陈会定时联络她，媒体指蕾妮称在2004年10月22日，苏古马兰把包裹绑在蕾妮、陈子维和其女友Grace身上，后他们乘搭飞机回澳，并通过印尼及澳洲的安检、入境及海关检查，蕾妮和陈于机场会面，绑在身上的包裹被移走，他们后被带往另一间屋，蕾妮后回到家中，陈于数天后把装有10,000澳元现金的信封交给蕾妮[12][16]。

蕾妮称陈其后再次计划类似行程，她于2004年12月5日离澳，行程包括陈子维、诺曼及阮晋德青等另外7人参与，而她亦获包机票及8天住宿，再度入住总统府拉玛大酒店，后来由于海洛英提供方因“财务问题或消息泄漏”未能付货，而令运毒计划取消[12]。

蕾妮再于陈子维指示下，于2005年4月6日离开澳洲，而在蕾妮离澳前一天，她与史提芬斯及陈思毅三人，和苏古马兰会面，蕾妮和史提芬斯被安排携带可封胶袋、药用胶布、腰带及紧身单车裤等可作运毒的工具，蕾妮称她获给予现金，而史提芬斯则称他的生命受到威胁[17]。根据媒体报导，警方纪录指陈子维在峇里期间每天均致电予蕾妮，至4月13日更换手机号码，并指示蕾妮和其他成员改住其他酒店，由于陈子维怀疑澳印两地警方已接获有关情报，原定于4月14日离开峇里的计划因而推迟[12]。

被捕

陈子维于4月17日在一班准备离开丹帕沙伍拉·赖国际机场前往悉尼的澳亚航空航班上被捕，警方于陈身上检获三部手提电话及一张登机证，但并未发现任何毒品[18]。

在陈子维被捕的同一时间，印尼警方拘捕其中4名运毒青年，在他们身上共检获8.3公斤（18磅）海洛英，其中史提芬斯携带3.3公斤（7.3磅）、蕾妮携带2.689公斤（5.93磅）、苏盖杰携带1.75公斤（3.9磅）、拉斯携带1.3公斤（2.9磅）。印尼警方随后亦在美乐思酒店把陈思毅、阮晋德青、苏古马兰及诺曼拘捕，称4人管有334克（11.8安士）海洛英、多个胶袋、胶布及磅秤，显示他们参与运毒往澳洲的计划[19]。

对澳洲警方处理线报的批评

运毒集团成员之一的拉斯，其父亲Lee指因害怕儿子前往峇里或会参与毒品相关的犯罪活动，因此事先联络澳洲联邦警察，拉斯家长称警方当局已保证会监视其儿子，并在儿子离开印尼前劝阻他避免参与犯罪活动。拉斯的代表律师称，拉斯本人从未被联络，澳洲警方当局后被揭发他们在印尼警方展开拘捕行动前大约两星期，直接通报予印尼警方指将有罪案发生，并会在拘捕行动前进行为时约10星期的调查[20][21][22]。在九人被悉数拘捕后，有关线报被传媒广泛报导，澳洲联邦警察当局亦被批评未能保障澳洲公民的权益[22]。

监狱生活

陈于监狱服刑期间，结识了女牧师Febyanti Herewila，后于2015年4月27日结婚[23][24]。监狱长形容陈和苏古马兰为狱中模范，并在庭上称他们在狱中因对其他囚犯有正面的影响，而不应被处决，该狱长在访问中称“陈在狱中设立课程、领导英语教会事工及作多人的导师”[25]，陈在狱中信主成为基督徒，并在狱中建立英语教会，以及修读丰收圣经学院证书课程[26]。

处决及身后

在印尼政府令下，陈与苏古马兰及另外6名死囚，于2015年4月29日当地时间凌晨0时25分遭枪决，陈和另外7人均拒绝蒙眼，在行刑前一同高唱《奇异恩典》。国际特赦组织讉责印尼当局的做法[27]。

陈的安息礼拜于2015年5月8日在宝琴山新颂教会举行[28]。
