艾莉西斯·蓝出生于加利福尼亚州圣塔莫尼卡。她的教育主要为在家自学，也是五个兄弟姐妹中的老三[5]。她的母亲是一名健康营养学家，因乳癌而于2013年去世[6]。
职业生涯
2017年8月，艾莉西斯·蓝是该月发行的《美信》之封面女郎[7]。2018年3月，她登上《美信》墨西哥版的封面及成为《运动画刊泳装特辑》的新秀[8][9]。
