约翰·卡尔·威廉·伊利格（德语：Johann Karl Wilhelm Illiger，1775年11月19日—1813年5月10日）是一名德国昆虫学家和动物学家。
伊利格是不伦瑞克一位商人的儿子。他曾师从昆虫学家约翰·克里斯蒂安·路德维希·黑尔维希，后来在约翰·森图里斯·霍夫曼塞格的动物学收藏馆工作。从1810年 动物博物馆（即今日的柏林自然博物馆）成立起，伊利格担任该博物馆的教授和馆长直至去世[1][2]。
他是《哺乳动物和鸟类系统论》（Prodromus systematis mammalium et avium，1811年）的作者[3]，该书对林奈系统进行了全面修订[4][5]。它对科概念的采用产生重大影响。他也编辑了《昆虫学杂志》（Magazin für Insektenkunde）[6]，即广为人知的伊利格杂志[7]。
1811年，他将大象、乳齿象和真猛犸象归入长鼻目[8]。他也描述了海象亚种太平洋海象（Odobenus rosmarus divergens）[9]。蓝翅金刚鹦鹉（Primolius maracana）即是以他的名字命名[10]。植物学中的青藤属（Illigera）也以他的名字命名[11]。
