红冠树鼠（Santamartamys rufodorsalis）是一种单型的棘鼠科动物。背呈赤褐色、尾部呈黑白两色。
1899年被描述时被归入匀棘鼠属（Isothrix rufodorsalis）。1935年改属棘鼠属（Diplomys）。2005年被独立出来。
2011年为两名生物学家所目击前，仅有1898年在哥伦比亚圣玛尔塔内华达山脉（属名的由来）所采集到的两个标本。[2]虽然它在湿润的山地森林出现，但其喜好的生境以及繁殖周期尚未为人所了解。
