肖恩的疯狂世界(Sean Saves the World)为一部美国情境喜剧，由肖恩·海斯主演。本部喜剧由NBC制播。[1] 本部影集于2013年10月3日首映，每个星期四晚间九点。[2] 2014年1月28日，报导指出本剧取消。[3] 原先预订了18集，已经拍摄了15集，剩下的集数将不再继续制作。[3][4] 2014年3月24日，未在电视播出的14与15集上传至 iTunes 上供观众选购。

剧情大纲

肖恩(Sean)是一个离婚单亲父亲，同时是一位同性恋。[5] 虽然事业有成，然而却来了一个相当惹人厌的老板。当他的14岁的女儿搬过来跟他一起住的时候，他得面对上班的问题还有照顾女儿的众多问题。故事就是发生于肖恩的上班以及家庭生活展开。

  • Linda Lavin（英语：Linda Lavin） 饰演 萝娜(Lorna)，肖恩的母亲，经常过来帮忙照顾艾莉。
  • 莎曼沙·艾拉 饰演 艾莉(Ellie)，肖恩的14岁女儿。
  • 托马斯·列侬 饰演 麦克斯(Max)，肖恩的新老板，相当严厉。
  • Megan Hilty（英语：Megan Hilty） 饰演 莉兹(Liz)，肖恩的同事及女性朋友，经常给艾莉奇怪的女性建议。

制作过程

本部作品于2012年12月决定制作，由肖恩·海斯 担任主角。[6] 在2013年1月22日，NBC决定制作本剧的试播集 Happiness。[7] 试播集由Victor Fresco（英语：Victor Fresco）编剧，James Burrows（英语：James Burrows）导演。

在2013年2月开始宣布选角，除了男主角之外，宣布Linda Lavin（英语：Linda Lavin）饰演萝娜，肖恩的母亲。[8] Echo Kellum（英语：Echo Kellum）则是下一位被选出的演员，饰演杭特，肖恩的同事之一，喜欢音乐、摄影和诗歌。[9] 托马斯·列侬 随后加入剧组，饰演麦克斯，肖恩的新老板。[10] 在2月底，莎曼沙·艾拉加入剧组饰演艾莉，肖恩的女儿。[11] 随后宣布Lindsay Sloane（英语：Lindsay Sloane）加入剧组饰演莉兹，肖恩的女同事与好朋友。[12] 之后宣布维克·萨海饰演配角豪尔(Howard)，一个IT技术员，与肖恩一同工作。[13]

在2013年5月9日，NBC宣布预定，并给予本系列的名称为“肖恩的疯狂世界”(Sean Saves the World)。[14] 宣布预定的两天后，Lindsay Sloane 宣布退出莉兹这个角色，因此很快地选出Megan Hilty（英语：Megan Hilty）饰演莉兹。[15] 2013年11月8日，NBC宣布第一季增订5集，因次第一季总共来到18集。[16]
