国家自慰日
国家自慰日（英语：National Masturbation Day），又称国际自慰日（英语：International Masturbation Day），是美国一项在每年的5月7日至5月28日举行的活动[1][2][3]，目的是推广自慰的权利，而自2013年起，国际自慰日的日期已扩展至整个5月，并称为国际自慰月[4][5][6]。
美国外科医生乔伊斯林·埃尔德斯曾对美国总统比尔·柯林顿提出，应把“自慰无害且安全”纳入性教育课程之中，乔伊斯林后来被迫在1994年12月9日辞职，性商店震得好对性欲持肯定态度，为了声援乔伊斯林，而在1995年5月14日首次举办[7][8]。
