反对比特币法律示威
反对比特币法律示威或反对比特币立法示威，是一个反对政府将比特币立法成为法定货币的示威活动。该示威活动发生在2021年，萨尔瓦多政府将比特币立法定为法定货币后触发的一系列示威活动。该国是全球首个将比特币及加密货币定为法定货币的国家。[1]
背景
比特币是全球首个加密货币，于2009年推出。萨尔瓦多政府在2021年计划将比特币定为法定货币，法案在2021年6月9日在萨尔瓦多立法议会中以大比数(84人投票，62人赞成)，比特币最终在2021年9月7日定为法定货币。[2][3][4] 此法案让萨尔瓦多成为全球首个以加密货币及比特币为法定货币的国家。[2][5]法案通过后，美元及比特币均为萨尔瓦多的法定货币[6]。
但是, 由于比特币的去中心化及匿名化，往往被批评为很容易用作洗黑钱及避税的工具。[7][8] 此外，比特币的汇率常有大幅波动，亦令人质疑是否适合作为法定货币。[9]
在2021年8月，当地报章La Prensa Gráfica调查发现，约四分三市民表示，不会使用比特币作为日常交易。[10]
示威活动
自法案推出后，该国有不少的示威活动，反对比特币立法。[11][12][13][14]
比较大规模的反比特币示威，发生在2021年9月15日，当时数千人上街游行，反对比特币立法。部分示威者焚毁了该国数个比特币自动柜员机，以表不满。[1][15][16][17][18]
