Booking Holdings（NASDAQ：BKNG），透过该集团旗下六个品牌：booking.com、Priceline.com、Agoda、客涯、rentalcars.com以及OpenTable， 提供消费者与当地厂商旅游相关服务的线上供应商。Booking Holdings在总共超过200个以上的国家营运，并支援美洲、欧洲、亚洲、中东地区等超过40种语言。
Booking Holdings的前身是Priceline集团，到2018年二月正式改名。[2]
历史
1997年，Priceline.com透过“Name Your Own Price ”的竞标模式开始旅游网站。1999年，Priceline集团进行了IPO，首日便募得了129亿的市值，为历史上最高纪录。[3] 同年，他们尝试用同样的竞标模式销售如杂货、里程、房地产等产品与服务，不过隔年便停止此项业务。2002年，Jeff Boyd被指名为CEO，直到2013年才转任董事会主席。[4]
2014年四月，Priceline.com 股份有限公司更名为Priceline集团，以呼应公司以旗下独立的各品牌。[5] 2014年，Darren Huston接任Jeff Boyd，被指名为Priceline集团之首席执行官。[6]2016年四月Jeff Boyd回报Priceline集团之首席执行官。[7]
2018年2月22日全球最大的在线旅游集团Priceline Group宣布，公司更名为Booking Holdings Inc。更名后，公司总部将继续留在美国康涅狄格州的Norwalk。公司股票代码将更换为“BKNG”，2月27日生效。[2]
并购
2004年，Priceline.com透过收购Travelwen以及Active Hotels的主要股权进入了饭店零售领域。2005年，Priceline集团收购Booking.com（缤客）并将之与Active Hotels合并。[8]Priceline集团于2007年收购雅高达。[9] 2010年，他们收购跨国汽车租赁服务商TravelJigsaw（今为rentalcars.com）[10] 而KAYAK则是于2013年被收购。[11] 2014年，Priceline集团以26亿的现金收购了OpenTable。[12] 而Priceline集团也是 Group also owns Corporate Flights.
