鹿角菜属(学名:Silvetia)是褐藻的一种,分布于太平洋岩石海岸的潮间带。本属海藻原属于鹿角藻属(Pelvetia)。1999年,基于卵原细胞结构和rDNA核酸序列的差异,部分种类分离出来归入新创建的本属。[1]属名是为了纪念加利福尼亚大学柏克莱分校植物标本馆的藻类馆长保罗·席尔瓦。[1]本属目前有三个物种和一个亚种。
