绿船旗（爱尔兰语：An Meirge Uaine、英语：Green Ensign），是17世纪至20世纪初期时，爱尔兰的商船使用之船旗。设计图案为绿底加上金黄色的竖琴，左上角为英国国旗。绿船旗在不列颠群岛是否曾有过官方地位，还是只是商船使用的非官方用旗迄今都留有疑问。
