异旋目（Heterostropha），又名肠扭目[1]或肠纽目，原是分类学上海螺一个基于其形态的目级腹足纲软体动物分类，在1997年的腹足纲分类表属于异鳃总目，与后鳃目（Opisthobranchia）及有肺目[2]并列。但在目前最常见的分类学分类《布歇特和洛克罗伊的腹足类分类 (2005年)》中，这些物种大多数属于“下异鳃类”非正式群组的“总科地位未定”分类[3]。随着支序亲缘学的发展，多个原属本目的物种都已被重新分类到泛有肺类支序及直神经类支序 ；余下的科大多数都成为独自一个总科。现时本目基本上只用于尖塔螺科的物种[4]。
本目过往所属的软体动物拥有异旋壳（heterostrophic，亦作conispiral），意思就是这些物种的胎壳（protoconch，最高点的螺层）的旋转方向跟整个螺壳成长时的旋转方向相反。
异旋目的科在过往曾被分类为后鳃目。
