比利·布兰克斯（英语：Billy Wayne Blanks，1955年9月1日—），美国健身教练、男演员、武者、跆搏健身操（英语：Tae Bo）发明人^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]。

早年生活

布兰克斯生于宾夕法尼亚州伊利，11岁开始学习空手道和跆拳道^[1]^[5]。先天髋关节异常令他行动有所不便，惹来他的兄弟的嘲笑，他的武术老师亦认为他难成大器，但他在电视上看见李小龙的表演后，立志成为世界武术冠军^[6]。

职业生涯

布兰克斯于1988年在电影《Driving Force（英语：Driving Force (1989 film)）》拍摄期间获聘为女主角凯瑟琳·巴赫（英语：Catherine Bach）的保镖。他的表现获电影制作人的赏识，并于电影中加插了一个角色给他^[7]。他日后亦有数部功夫片的演出机会。

1980年代下旬，布兰克斯揉合了跆拳道和搏击的原素，发明了跆搏健身操（英语：Tae Bo）（Tae Bo）^[8]，并于马萨诸塞州昆西建立健身室^[9]。此体操及后得到了名媛宝拉·阿巴杜的关注。布兰克斯借势推出VHS影带。首年销量已超过150万盒^[10]，历年为他带来8千万至1.3亿美元的进账^[10]^[11]。
