欧文·亚瑟（英语：Owain Arthur，1983年3月5日—），是一位威尔士舞台剧和电视剧演员，因在2011至2014年主演英国国家剧团的舞台剧《一仆二主》而声名大噪[1][2]，并将会于2022年电视剧《魔戒：力量之戒》中饰演主要角色都灵四世[3][4]。
