- 복수의 사용자가 같은 IP를 사용한 적이 있는 경우 “다중 계정일 가능성이 높다”고 선언합니다.

- 특정 사용자가 프록시를 사용한 경우 “xx 사용자는 프록시를 사용한 적이 있다(사용하고 있다)”고 선언합니다.
- 다중 계정이라는 의심을 받는 사용자가 ISP까지 전혀 다른 IP를 사용하고 있는 경우 “IP상으로는 다중 계정일 가능성이 낮다”고 선언합니다.[2]
- 이 이외의 경우에는 상황에 따라 “가능성이 있다”, “확실하지 않다”, “잘 모르겠다” 등 확대 해석을 할 수 없도록 선언해야 합니다.

- [2]: 다중 라우터 경유, 사설 프록시 등을 사용하는 경우에는 IP상으로는 당연히 다중 계정이 아니게 나옵니다. 하지만 이런 경우에도 문체나 편집 패턴 등의 심증을 통해 다중 계정임이 밝혀질 수도 있으며, 이것은 검사관의 책임이 아닙니다.

- If multiple users used same IP, state "It is likely related"
- If multiple users share similar IP (same range), state "It is possibly related".
- If user have used Open Proxy, state "User $user used/is using open proxy".
- If suspected users are using IP that differs at ISP level, state "It is unlikely to be related".[2]
- For the case not covered by above, statement should not allow any rooms of misunderstanding; use words like "It's possible", "Not sure", "I don't know".
- Do not release any information if you are not sure.
- [2]: If they use closed proxy, or otherwise dilute IP, CheckUser results will discover no relationship. However, even in such case, socks can be disclosed by editing patterns or style of their comments. This is not a responsibility of CheckUser.
Yes, this is vague, and I'm being vague to prevent the abuse. Everything is case-by-case and I may release bit more information if you ask.
