菲利普·鲍尔（英語：Philip Ball，1962年10月30日—）是一位英国科普作家[1]，本科毕业于牛津大学化学专业，博士毕业于布里斯托大学物理学专业，现为伦敦大学学院教授，《前景》杂志编辑[2]，曾在《自然》杂志担任编辑超过20年。
