羊肚菌科（學名：Morchellaceae）是子囊菌門盤菌目的一個科，於1834年由德國生物學家路德維希·賴興巴赫描述發表，模式屬為羊肚菌屬^[1]。本科傳統上包含皺盤菌屬（英语：Disciotis）、羊肚菌屬與鐘菌屬等三個屬，近年來又有若干個塊菌的屬被歸入其中。

分類

羊肚菌科傳統上包含皺盤菌屬（英语：Disciotis）（Disciotis）、羊肚菌屬與鐘菌屬等三個屬^[2]。2006年，有分子種系發生學研究以rDNA序列分析盤菌目下各類群的親緣關係，發現原屬馬鞍菌科（英语：Helvellaceae）的塊菌屬Leucangium（英语：Leucangium）與另一塊菌屬费歇块菌属（英语：Fischerula）（Fischerula）屬於羊肚菌科的演化支，而將此兩屬改歸入羊肚菌科中^[3]。2008年，原屬地菇屬（英语：Terfezia）的塊菌Terfezia gigantea被歸入新屬Imaia（英语：Imaia），該屬亦被歸入羊肚菌科中^[4]。2010年，羊肚菌科又有一塊菌的新屬Kalapuya（英语：Kalapuya）被發表描述，序列分析顯示羊肚菌科中的四個塊菌屬（Leucangium、Fischerula、Imaia、Kalapuya）關係密切，共同組成一演化支，該演化支與皺盤菌屬互為姊妹群，而上述兩者組成的演化支又與本科的其他類群（羊肚菌屬與鐘菌屬）互為姊妹群^[5]。

而盤菌目中，羊肚菌科與平盤菌科（英语：Discinaceae）、馬鞍菌科（英语：Helvellaceae）與塊菌科等類群的親緣關係較為接近，其中平盤菌科為羊肚菌科的姊妹群^[3]^[5]。
