索甲仁波切（藏語：བསོད་རྒྱལ་，威利转写：Bsod-rgyal，1947年—2019年8月28日^[1]），出生於康區甘孜縣，佛教人物、作家，屬於藏傳佛教寧瑪派佐欽傳承之上師。曾旅居西方，2017年開始接受結腸癌治療，2019年因肺栓塞圓寂於泰國^[2]。

其暢銷名著《西藏生死書》，此書被翻譯成30種文字、在56國發行，迴響頗大，內容為以六中有解釋佛教的輪迴觀。其創立遍布四十餘國之本覺會（英语：Rigpa organization），為西方宣傳藏傳佛教重要之組織。

師承

索甲仁波切生前也傳出多起性侵事件，但從未被定罪^[6]。1994年在旧金山遭女学员控告性侵，求償1000萬美元，最后庭外和解^[7]^[8]。多起性侵事件使以往與他過從甚密的十四世達賴也出面批判，指他「蒙羞」^[9]。
