窄头橐吾（学名：Ligularia stenocephala）为菊科橐吾属的植物。生长于海拔850米至3,100米的地区，常生长在山坡、水边、林中以及岩石。
分布
分布于台湾岛、日本、朝鮮半島以及中国大陆的山西、浙江、河北、山东、云南、河南、西藏、江苏、湖北等地[1]。目前已被引入瑞典[1]。
